You must have reservations as this place is very popular. Our server, Michelle was superior. She knew the menu and what would be best for our dining. Made a very good wine selection. As our main entree we had steak and my wife had the lamb. The only suggestion is the steak portion was smaller than what I was expecting.

Awesome meal - highly recommend the duck and the fries! We also had the ceviche and fish special which were excellent. The pad Thai was very unique as well!

Posole Verde was so good. I highly recommend also the beef stew is delicious. and the fried kale is so good The rabbit lasagna was also excellent

THE BEST!! I don’t say that lightly... When traveling, I hope that the flavor depicts its location and the restaurant is something I can brag to my friends about. Joseph’s exceeds my expectations. My husband and I came to Santa Fe for my 55th birthday. we shared the crispy tamale appetizer, the Abuela Nora’s posole verde and the lamb banana curry entree. The flavors were magnificent. The meats were tender and all items were perfectly cooked. We loved it so much that we decided to go again the next night. I ordered the pan seared halibut special and my husband had the lamb confit and we saved room for the most wonderful tiramisu. If we are ever back in Santa Fe, this will be the only restaurant we’ll have dinner. I cannot forget to brag about the service... Michelle, David and Anna help us make our selections... And we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and Chef, Joseph. Hands down the best! Wish I had more photos to share, but we ate it all too quickly.

Excellent food and service! I went for Restaurant Week and absolutely enjoyed myself. The duck was amazing.

Joseph’s was a fantastic experience. My wife and I and our 15 month old stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. I gather patrons don’t often bring their baby for dinner here, but the staff could not have been nicer. We sat on the cozy front patio, with ample warmers for late October. We started with the chicken liver mousse, my wife had the steak, and I had the lamb neck confit. We rarely order steak at a restaurant, being easy to prepare well at home, but I’d certainly recommend this steak. Beautiful cut of beef, perfectly prepared and sauced. The lamb was shredded, tender, and crispy with a pairing of veggies and puree (pictured). Wines were exceptional. Service attentive and flawless. All in all, a memorable meal and very recommendable.

Absolutely fantastic experience! If you're new to Santa Fe, this is certainly a MUST TRY. The food was wonderful and heartwarming. The drinks were really well made as well. The Lamb banana curry was my absolute favorite and the desserts were spectacular. Service is fantastic and our server Zienna was AMAZING..she went above and beyond. She gave us great recommendations and made sure we had a really good experience. The menu is creative and based on our experience the first time, definitely coming back to try the other things on the menu

I made a reservation about three weeks in advance since we were visiting Santa Fe on vacation and am glad I did. It’s a small space with seating in a main dining area, at the bar and on a covered patio. We sat inside and were seated immediately. Here’s what we ordered: Appetizers: chicken liver mousse (10/10) and the gochujang mushrooms (10/10) Mains: duck with black rice (8.5/10) - duck was delicious and delicate but the fennel seed in the rice was slightly overpowering for me Blue fin tuna special (8.5/10) - tuna was great, well seasoned, but wish it was slightly thicker to have more raw bits Steak au poirve (10/10) - No notes. Incredible. Dessert: Lemon tarte with chantilly cream and lavender creme anglaise 9/10 - Small but perfect size after a huge meal. Didn’t taste much lavender. Drinks: they do traditional drinks but there’s not a cocktail menu, just a spirit menu so you can ask for classics. Dirty martinis were perfection. Great service, great atmosphere. If you’re visiting, make a reservation.
